Kharkiv Design Bureau for Mechanical Engineering said in a report that Ukraine is producing the last state orders for the BTR-4E IFV, but that no new orders have been submitted. Reportedly, they have a production capacity of 20 per month. Ukraine has not awarded contracts for armored vehicles since December 2025.
